Transitioning can be very exciting! It can also be stressful. Whether you are transitioning into or out of a romantic relationship, a gender, a job, or life itself, you may well experience a heightened sense of fear of the unknown. We will give you tools for making the transition with your dignity intact and with an ability to really lean into the adventure of something new. Each session is 30 minutes long, in person or over the phone.
