Why are you so afraid to get the facts?
I know.
You want to move ahead, but you hate the facts. The facts are daunting. Maybe the facts include that unpleasant reality about your health. Or maybe you don’t want to face the fact that your relationship is not what it could be. But until you face the facts, you’re wasting your time.
Call bullshit on yourself.
Sorry to say it, but you’re going to have to call bullshit on yourself. Because you’re pretending. Oh, yes you are. You think you’re in the facts. When actually, you’re in Fantasy World. You say: I went off to work today and moved the ball forward. Good for you. You’re actually avoiding the real issue.
What is the real issue?
This is what you have to force yourself to face. What is the real issue here? Why am I so unhappy? Why am I on the wrong track? Stop and think, man! What is really going on here?
Here’s how you figure it out.

Write it down. See it in black and white.
