Why do you let so much stuff build up in your head? Haven’t you noticed how hard it is to think when you’ve go that much stuff in there? It’s time to take out the trash.
What’s that smell?
You wouldn’t let trash build up under your sink the way you let stuff build up in your head. But you have a little problem. And that problem is that you sometimes have a hard time deciding. You’ve gotten to a place in your life where you’re going with the flow. But while you’ve been going about your business, the trash has been building up. And it’s starting to stink.
Deal with it.
One time I had a hernia. It happened so suddenly, and then it was just like, Uh-oh. Something’s wrong down there. And I knew right away what it was. I had been lifting something I shouldn’t have been lifting, so it wasn’t a huge surprise. But you know what happened next? I just wished that little bubble in my abdomen would heal itself. So I laid low for a couple of days, hoping it would just go away, like a cut or some other thing that my body was used to taking care of if I just gave it time. But you know what? It didn’t go away.
